Your login is the email you used in the warranty form. You can reset the password if you did not receive one already.
Please note that delays to parts being sent out are due to issues that are not in Tupperware’s control but COVID created. We are in the same post COVID manufacturing and shipping queues as hundreds of thousands of companies. We are doing everything we can to replenish replacement parts for older replacement items. We do ask you to be patient, please understand we are doing everything we can at our end here in New Zealand, to get past the ongoing effects of a global pandemic.
- It is not possible to confirm when individual parcels have been received at the warehouse, due to the number of claims that are coming in after warranty was paused during COVID.
- If you have received a system-generated email from the OLD AUS based warranty website asking you to pay for shipping there, please ignore this. We will send you a voucher to use on our new website to complete your warranty instead.
- We do not charge multiple shipping amounts for warranty on the New Zealand website.
